Wet blasting
The difference between a wet blasting and a dry blasting machine is that the former can not be applied to cleaning grease and filth, while the latter has no such problem. For the surface of a golf work piece that needs to get rid of the material which rises in temperature at blasting, the wet type is more suitable than the dry type. The most important feature is the application of micro-powder sand, in which the wet type can produce a particular result, whereas the dry type is limited in this respect. Generally when the sand size is bigger than 400#, consideration should be taken in the application of a wet blasting machine.
The wet blast cabinet is widely applied in the aspects: Precise mould, electron parts, piston ring, aviation parts, surface pretreatment of plating titanium workpiece, cleaning of circular saw and oil-polluted workpiece etc.
Characters of wet blasting:
1. Using very fine sand apply to the surface treatment of precision work piece.
2. With the application of the recycle of blasting liquid, the consumption of sand becomes lower and the nozzle will be taken small wear and the operation cost is more economic.
3. With excellent airtight capability, no pollution of dust will be produced.

6. The body is made of stainless steel which wearing well.
7. If necessary, an inhibitor can be added into the blasting liquid to prevent iron work pieces from rusting.
8. Provided with an anti-dust and waterproof fluorescent lamp.
9. Equipped with a clean-water cleaning device, not only for cleaning the work piece but for preventing sand material from being brought out of the sand cabin.
