Airless shot blasting pretreatment line is that takes advantage of centrifugal force created during the impeller rotating at high speed which blasting abrasives onto steel surface to be treated with great linear velocity, for impacting and grinding, so as to remove oxidation skin and rust corrosion on the steel surface and expose natural metal color, forming a certain roughness to benefit paint adhesion.

Shot blasting pretreatment :
Shot blasting uses the centrifugal force produced by the impeller with high-speed rotation to spray the abrasive at high speed toward the surface of steel to be processed, resulting in the hitting and grinding to remove the oxide skin and rust. Then steel surface exposes metal color and a certain amount of roughness, in order to facilitate the adhesion of paint.
The efficient shot blasting can be carried out under confined conditions, with dust absorption device in order to avoid pollution of the environment. With other automated devices, it may reach rust removal - paint spraying (used for temporary maintenance),shop primer assembly-line of integration and automation.
